About HCN Excavator Attachments — Buckets, Grapples & Hammers

Excavator buckets made from Hardox wear steel significantly outlast buckets made from structural steel (S355 / Q345). In typical quarry and rock-digging conditions, a Hardox 400 bucket can last 2–3× longer than a standard bucket before the wear zone requires replacement — reducing the total cost of ownership even though the initial purchase price is higher. HCN uses genuine SSAB Hardox with mill test certificates, not equivalent-grade alternatives.

Excavator grapples extend machine capability to demolition debris sorting, scrap metal handling, log and timber loading, and concrete rubble removal without a tool change. HCN rotating grapples use continuous 360° hydraulic rotation with an integrated hydraulic swivel — allowing precise material placement without carrier repositioning.
