About HCN Material Handling Attachments — Grapples, Clamps & Handlers

Rotating grapples (also called hydraulic grapples or material handling grapples) use hydraulically powered jaws to grip irregular material — scrap metal, logs, pipe sections, and demolition debris — while continuous rotation allows precise placement without carrier repositioning. HCN grapples are designed for 2–4× more jaw force than equivalent models at the same hydraulic pressure.

For port and recycling procurement, specify grapple volume capacity (m³), jaw opening width, and rotation type. HCN provides load charts and EC Declarations of Conformity for fleet procurement documentation.
