Soil compaction machines are essential for any construction, civil engineering, or road-building project. Proper compaction of backfill, subbase, and embankment material prevents post-construction settlement, improves load-bearing capacity, and reduces long-term maintenance costs. HCN vibratory compactors — also known as hydraulic plate compactors or construction compactors — connect directly to an excavator, skid steer, or wheel loader's hydraulic auxiliary circuit, allowing the operator to compact from inside the cab without secondary equipment.

Our trench compactors are engineered specifically for utility pipeline and cable trench backfill, with drum widths matching standard utility trench specifications. The eccentric mass inside each unit generates vibrations at 25–50 Hz, forcing granular fill particles into a dense, uniform matrix that meets standard Proctor compaction specifications. HCN compaction attachments are tested at the factory to verify centrifugal force, frequency, and amplitude before shipment.
