What Is It?
The HCN 0410 Lifting hook is a industrial & material handling designed for installation on Skid Steer Loaders. It is manufactured at HCN Attachments' ISO 9001:2015-certified facility in Xuzhou, China, and supplied to contractors, rental fleets, OEM partners, and equipment distributors in more than 60 countries. When sourcing hydraulic grapple, material handling attachment, industrial forklift attachment, rotating grapple, bale handler, warehouse attachment for export or fleet replacement, verify carrier weight class, hydraulic output, and mounting interface before order confirmation — HCN provides free compatibility checks on request.
HCN industrial attachments — hydraulic clamps, rotating grapples, bale handlers, container spreaders, and drum handlers — extend the capability of forklifts, reach stackers, wheel loaders, and telehandlers for efficient material handling in warehouses, ports, recycling facilities, and manufacturing logistics operations.
Available model designations: 041001. Specification values in the table below apply to the listed model range. If your carrier falls outside the published weight class, contact HCN engineering with the machine make, model, operating weight, and pin-to-pin dimensions — custom bracket fabrication is typically available within 15–30 working days.
HCN 0410 Lifting hook units leave factory with CE conformity documentation, operator manual, and QC records. Standard in-stock configurations ship within 7–15 working days; custom specifications require 15–30 working days. Export terms are quoted FOB Qingdao or Shanghai unless otherwise agreed. Submit an RFQ with your machine model, working conditions, and destination country for pricing, lead time, and bracket fit confirmation.

Applications
The 0410 Lifting hook is specified on the following project types. Each application below reflects real field use — not generic marketing claims.
Scrap metal sorting and loading
On this type of project, the 0410 Lifting hook reduces cycle time compared with manual methods by allowing the operator to work from the carrier cab. Scrap metal sorting and loading at recycling depots using sorting and orange-peel grapples
Log and timber handling
On this type of project, the 0410 Lifting hook reduces cycle time compared with manual methods by allowing the operator to work from the carrier cab. Log and timber handling at sawmills and wood processing facilities
Bale handling
On this type of project, the 0410 Lifting hook reduces cycle time compared with manual methods by allowing the operator to work from the carrier cab. Bale handling for hay, straw, silage, and industrial waste bales
Container stuffing and yard stacking
On this type of project, the 0410 Lifting hook reduces cycle time compared with manual methods by allowing the operator to work from the carrier cab. Container stuffing and yard stacking at port terminals and intermodal facilities
Bulk material transfer
On this type of project, the 0410 Lifting hook reduces cycle time compared with manual methods by allowing the operator to work from the carrier cab. Bulk material transfer in industrial plants using clamshell and orange-peel buckets
How to Read the Specifications
When reviewing Industrial & Material Handling for a purchase decision, these parameters determine whether the unit will perform on your site:
- Grapple Capacity (m³ / tonnes)
- Grapple volume capacity determines how much material is moved per cycle. Material density determines actual payload weight — verify against carrier's rated lift capacity at your working radius.
- Rotation Angle (degrees)
- Continuous 360° rotation allows optimal positioning without carrier movement. HCN grapple rotators use an Eaton or Parker hydraulic motor for smooth, controllable rotation.
- Jaw Force (kN)
- Clamping force determines how securely irregular material (loose scrap, rocks, logs) is held. HCN grapples are designed for 2–4× more jaw force than competitor models at equivalent hydraulic pressure.
