What is the difference between catalog and OEM attachment programs?
Catalog attachments ship under the HCN brand with standard brackets and documentation. OEM programs use your private label, custom paint, modified bracket geometry, and packaging — typically 15–30 days after drawing approval with MOQ requirements.
Are HCN attachments CE certified?
Yes. Export product lines carry CE conformity assessment aligned with applicable EU directives. ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications cover our manufacturing system. Certificates are available on request for tender submissions.
What lead time should I plan for standard vs. custom orders?
Standard catalog models: 7–15 business days from confirmed order. Custom OEM configurations: 15–30 working days after bracket drawing approval. Container-volume orders are scheduled with FOB/CIF export timelines to 60+ countries.
What warranty covers hydraulic breakers and compaction attachments?
12-month or 1,000 operating hours against manufacturing defects, whichever occurs first. Wearing parts (tools, bushings, seals) are excluded but available as stocked seal kits with express international shipping.
Can I get a compatibility check before ordering?
Yes — free of charge. Submit your RFQ with carrier data via the contact form or email. Engineering response typically within 24 business hours including bracket recommendation and hydraulic verification.
